We Could Blame it on Blogger

We could blame it on the fact that Blogger was down
for TWO days last week
But alas
life is just rather full

of blessings.

Last week was rainy and the first full week I had my husband back from his travels. That transition - while completely wonderful does tend to slow down time to write. Also I took a day trip to Harrisonburg, VA with a quilter friend and visited the Virginia Quilt Museum.

and then bought a wee bit of fabric at the Patchwork Plus Quilt Shop

and laughed at this license plate-

The next day it was time to get down to the business of invitations for my daughters shower on June 11- that was a process. BUT just in a nick of time -at 4:15 I mailed out the 20 plus hand made invitations.

That felt good- and then came Thursday that disappeared right into Friday -when I needed to pack by noon - off to NYC.
I could finish there - but the flowers are so lovely-

  2. The blogger problem threw me for a loop. Glad to see you had other things to keep you busy! The flowers are lovely and a sight for my tired-of-rain-and-cold eyes. Thank you for the graduation congrats. Honestly, I'm having a hard time getting my bearings.

  3. Yep, Blogger gave me a turn as well, since it messed up my Guest Heart Thursday last week. But this week will be better, right? I hear we are going to be blessed with a few days without rain later this week, and maybe I will find a few gorgeous flowers like you have!!! :=}

  5. Sharon- Tired of the rain too- I took the flower photos wearing a raincoat -- mostly over my camera! Sending balancing thoughts...

  6. Clytie! I did not even think about that! I do wonder what happened over at Blogger. And thank you for loving my flowers- the rain is however giving them a bit of sogginess. Is that a word??
